The last two days Lilly has been sleeping and napping so well that Geoff and I thought that she was just a really good baby that liked her sleep, like mom and dad. She was sleeping for 3 hour chunks and we were taking advantage of and enjoying the napping time ourselves. Then nighttime came...Lilly was up and wanting to nurse every hour! That doesn't make for a good night's rest for any of us.
Geoff and I are thinking that she has switched on us and now has her days confused with her nights. Today we're going to try and keep her awake more so she'll hopefully sleep better throughout the night. We'll probably try and fill her awake time with tummy time and some other little activities.
Please wish us luck in reversing this! We can't really go on like this much longer.
